FireSound door blanks are made of specialist acoustic core, high density fibreboard or particleboard facing for application of paint or veneer, and engineered spruce inner facing.
Acoustic door blanks are fully tested for 30 minute, 60 minute, 90 minute fire performance and non fire rated application. Moralt’s stable and engineered construction supports performance up to 44db.

FireSmoke door blanks are made of stable engineered construction, high density fibreboard facing for application of paint or veneer, and engineered spruce inner core. They offer great stability and low deformation classification.
Acoustic door blanks are fully tested for 30 minute, 60 minute fire performance and non fire rated application. Moralt’s stable and engineered construction supports performance up to 37db.

Moralt Xtreme door blanks provide high end solution for 90 minute and 120 minute fire resistance, without the need to compromise on acoustic or smoke performance. The acoustic evidence supports performance of 39db on FD120 capable products.
