Therm a glaze 60 Minute Glazing set was developed to provide a reliable 60 minute glazing system for timber fire doors. It is designed to provide fire resisting protection to glazed openings in timber fire doors in conjunction with suitable fire resisting glass and timber glazing beads.
Therm-a-glaze 60 glazing set consists of 1 No. 54 x 2mm Therm-A-Liner, a specially formulated intumescent with erosion resistant qualities and 2 No. 25 x 4mm Therm-A-Bead, which is moderate expansion phosphate based intumescent contained in a PVC sleeve, which expands in a fire to partially cover the beads providing protection from radiant heat.

Intumescent Foam Glazing Tape (GTR Tape) is developed to provide reliable fire performance for 30 minute and 60 minute fire glazing application. It is a cost effective foam glazing tape, that achieves fire performance to BS and EN standards for fire resistant doors and screens.
GTR Intumescent Foam Glazing Tape provides high pressure sealing properties combined with being fully flexible and highly compressible foam material. The product exhibits a low pressure behaviour with a degree of expansion of up to 3 to 4 times of its original volume. GTR tape has strong self-adhesive backing, for rapid and easy installation. The thermal behaviour of the product allows to be used in a wide range of resistant glazing for integrity, semi-insulating and insulation applications.

Lorient’s System-36 PLUS is a flexible family of U-shaped intumescent gaskets designed for 30 minute fire resistant doors and screens. When using approved glass types it provides 60 minute fire resistance for doors and screens.

RF1™ is a versatile bead applied glazing system for 60 minute fire resistant doors + screens. Comprises a pair of bead applied intumescent glazing seals + an intumescent liner. With premium aesthetics, the caps are the only visible elements when fitted + a variety of colours are available to harmonise with the door.

Pyroglaze 30 Intumescent glazing seals provide proved 30 minute protection for doors, screens and partitions. Seals are easily installed and suitable for any shape of aperture as well as larger glazed panels. In the event of fire, the intumescent swells to form a seal within the glazing pocket and also reduces the risk of premature ignition of the glazing beads on the protected face. Pyroglaze 30 is fitted to the glazing bead by pealing off the paper on the self-adhesive face and bonding onto position. The system does not need cleaning down after installation.

Pyroglaze 60 glazing seal set provides proven 60 minute protection for doors, screens and partitions. The high performance intumescent core will swell when subjected to a fully developed fire; providing an effective seal within the glazing pocket and reducing the risk of premature ignition of glazing beads on the protected face. The system can be easily installed and used with virtually any size or shape of the door or glazing screen. The Pyroglaze 60 glazing system is dry glazing system, that does not need cleaning down after installation.
When used in conjunction with FD60 doors all glazed apertures should be fully lined with Pyrostrip 54mm x 2mm 100ECSA, prior to fixing the glazing beads.
Pyroglaze 60 glazing system seal set consists of 2 No. 1.05 metre lengths 54 x 2mm Pyrostrip 100ECSA liners and 2 No. 2.1 metre lengths 25 x 3mm Pyroglaze 60 Intumescent glazing strips. Available as separate components or as a part of complete glazing system.
