Lorient LAS8001 SI is a slimline, fully mortised automatic drop down seal. As soon as the door is opened by few millimetres, a high efficiency mechanism lifts the seal clear of the floor, which results in lower door operating forces. LAS8001SI requires no power connection and it is self-levelling on uneven floors. Seal height can be adjusted independently of fixing screws.

LAS8008SI features high efficiency mechanism, which lifts the seal clear of the floor as soon as the door is opened by a few millimetres. It resultins in lower door operating forces. LAS8008SI requires no power connection, it is self-levelling on uneven floors. The seal height can be adjusted independently of fixing screws. Suitable for upgrading existing doors.

Lorient LAS9010 flush bolt is a security device to be used in pair of doors to secure inactive door leaf. The discreet Lorient branded lever drops the bolt into a sleek keep in the floor. LAS9010 is specifically designed for use with Lorient LAS8001SI drop down seal. Together, they provide optimum system, which combines security with acoustic, smoke & energy containment at the bottom of the door. LAS9010 is suitable for use on both right + left handed doors, bottom + top of the door.

Lorient LAS8005SI requires no power connection and it is self-levelling on uneven floors. The height of the seal can be adjusted independently of fixing screws. The seal can be fitted to aluminium doors by door fabricators. LAS8005 SI can be fitted in single swing doors and single + double leaf doors. Suitable to use on both right + left handed doors.
